Direct Operation of Clients

Use one of the following two procedures to directly operate a client.

Select computers marked with a green icon (on-line).

Operation using remote console

Operation using remote console supports a Version 2022 or later agent. Go to [Client] view and select a managed client computer. Select [Launch remote console] in right-click menu. For further details about the operating procedures of the console, please visit the following site.

Operation using Wizard-driven interface

Wizard-driven interface supports agents except for Linux agents and RescueBoot/QuickRecovery agents. For more detailed operating procedures, please refer the following.
