Before contacting Technical Support for help and advice, first try to find answers to your questions by consulting the Help, README and product information at our web site Web site.
Please remember when contacting Technical Support that you will need to provide the following information. A detailed description of the problem, and to include any operating procedures to reproduce the problem, consequent error messages, etc.

Product key The product key is listed on the licensing document. Only the registered user can contact our Technical Support Service.

Support Information File Please send us the support information file which will be useful for further troubleshooting. Please follow the procedures described below and send us the generated support information file via E-mail.
Generating Support Information File
Go to [Help] and select [Generate Support Info]. The support information file (AAS-SupportInfo-yyyymmddhhmm.zip) will be created in the install folder.
